1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the abajee platform, including the website at abajee.club and any associated mobile applications. By accessing abajee, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you accept these terms without reservation.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one abajee account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on abajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Abajee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Players must use a payment method registered in their own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Deposits are credited to your abajee balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact abajee support with your transaction reference number.

Players who wish to close their own abajee account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

10 Limitation of Liability

Abajee provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While abajee makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, abajee does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abajee shall not be liable for:
